Fraser Cartmell won Ironman UK this weekend.
He won in 8hrs 40. Its impressive just finishing that sort of race!

He’s had a great year this year so far…Keep it up Fraser and recover well bud!

Massive congrats to Nessie! My Triteam team mate had a really solid race to finish 4th in Abu Dhabi.
The race had a 3k /200k/ 20k format and to boot a fantastic prize purse.

There really is not a lot to talk about at the moment my end.  My heads down (in the sun) I am swimming, biking and running every day and 2 times a week in the gym.  I have zero gossip, no one is ill, no one is injured and without any parties or racing not [...]

A shout out to two of my very good buddies who finished their season yesterday strongly with their main goal in Clearwater 70.3 Worlds.
I think they both had mixed build ups but they did a great job, and not a nice event to suffer through!
