This weekend I competed in the opening round of the ITU Triathlon World Series in Sydney before I headed back home after 4.5months.

We had a couple of nights out in Gold Coast after the race, both were awesome and it was fantastic to go out and relax with all the guys who I race week in, week out. It was a nightclub full of lightweights!
