Positivity is the key!

Things are on the up for me. I’m currently on a mini training camp down in Swansea, Wales with my coach Rick Velati and my training buddies Aaron Harris and Abbie Thorrington. We’re already well into out 35 hour week, and things are looking great. I’m feeling strong and happy with the start of this block of training before London.
After spending lots of time with Clare recently I am missing her and Lola quite a bit, but know I will be back with them in Loughborough in great shape, and super positive going into London 
!
We’ve also had Mari Rabie staying with us last week, and we did a couple of fun runs together while she was in Loughborough. Mari is now on her way back to Stellenbosch, and I look forward to seeing her again over Christmas this year!
