Had a good chat to one of my friends Tom Curtis today, left me with a beautiful quote I thought I would share! We were talking about how tough Triathlon is getting these days.

“If something is not challenging its not worth achieving now is it?”

Spot on I thought, can you tell I’m still angry at my race! haha!
