There really is not a lot to talk about at the moment my end. Â My heads down (in the sun) I am swimming, biking and running every day and 2 times a week in the gym. Â I have zero gossip, no one is ill, no one is injured and without any parties or racing not much exciting ever happens!
However my TriTeam team mate Fraser Cartmell and good friend Mari Rabie did to a fantastic job in 70.3 South Africa where they both took 1st place. Â A big day for both of them, congratulations guys.
I’m off to the pool.
