Fraser Cartmell won Ironman UK this weekend.
He won in 8hrs 40. Its impressive just finishing that sort of race!

I’m on the flight from Madrid over to Des Moines after racing the World Champs Series.

Aleksandar had the race of the weekend I think.  He was 9th in Ironman South Africa.  I understand he is stoked with that result. Good on him. Cool website as well.

Conrad produced another big win in Xterra Las Vegas and Lesley was 3rd in the ladies.

A shout out to two of my very good buddies who finished their season yesterday strongly with their main goal in Clearwater 70.3 Worlds.
