I had a lot of fun this weekend in Madrid. It was good to be back on tour with the GB gang and I spent some good time with the team and also some good friends from other countries!

This weekend was the first round of the Bundesliga in Paderborn Germany.  I decided last year that I’d like to compete in the Bundesliga after 6 years of competing in mostly the same races.  I’m really pleased I did because I really enjoyed this weekend and it was awesome to experience new races.

Raced National Duathlon Champs as my first race of the season today.

Must say, it was bloody good to get racing and get away from the training phase if only for a short weekend.

Massive congrats to Nessie! My Triteam team mate had a really solid race to finish 4th in Abu Dhabi.
The race had a 3k /200k/ 20k format and to boot a fantastic prize purse.
