Just made this…Out of this world. Fresh from Clare and Bill’s kitchen!
Get this down you and you’re never going to blow up on your 3hr spin!
Ingredients
Chorizo sausage, chunks
1 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
Risotto rice – Triathlete size = 1/3rd Cup
1 large glass of white wine
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Quick fire thoughts about Seoul World Champs Series and Seoul city:

-Finished 10th in my first World Champs Series. Good strong first race with an almost strongest possible field of athletes.
-Dont try to hop up onto the curb to take the shortest route if you are tired and you are risking falling over!
